Did you run a fuel pressure test?  Also, leaking injectors are also a 
problem.  The Fuel pressure regulator may be pushing too much fuel into the 
system, the coil may be weak and not burning the mixture enough.  Check the 
O2 sensor for function.   Check engine lights don't work with poor O2 sensor 
function.  Also, check for vacume line leaks all over the engine, take all 
off and replace anyway.
