I need a little help with my #2 Plug wire. I got the set new from a local
$teadlership. They are Sumitomo I believe. After about 2 months the #2
wire started popping off, literally. I thought at first it was just not a
snug fit, but now I am wondering. As far as I understand there is no
pressure buildup in the rocker cover right. I mean if there was any
pressure created it would be vented out through one of the AIV hoses or the
PCV valve right? I noticed one day while revving the engine after putting
the plug wire back on, I was leaning over the engine and *POP* the plug
wire shot off. I've tried using a little dielectric silicon grease and that
worked for 3 days. It seam to stay on fine if the engine doesn't go over
4500 rpm. Is this just a bad plug wire or could there be another problem.
It is the only one that does this. The walls of the hole in the head where
the wire goes are spotless.

TIA,
