The B13 is just one of five generations of Sentras. The B13 was available
in the US from 91 to 94 in several different trim levels. There was the E,
XE, GXE, SE, LE, and SE-R available during those years (not necessarily all
at the same time). All but the SE-R had the ga16de engine. The E was the
stripped down version, the XE was available with AC, cruise, power windows,
etc., the GXE had a few more options which included the tachometer, and the
SE had all the same options as the SE-R except it was still a 1.6l. I
think the LE was about the same as the XE and was not available in 91 or
92. So while the E, XE, and LE (I think) were not available with a
tachometer, the GXE and SE were. The SE-R did as well, but had a different
engine. Other generations of Sentras use the same trim levels so you
cannot assume the year (for the most part) by just the trim level.
