I found out tonight that the noise is much worse when the car is cold, and reverse is the worst. The noise is kinda hard to explain i guess. Its not really a grinding (metel on metal), but its not like a rubber or plastic type either. It used to be only when i down shifted into second to slow down, but now its also moved up into third gear a little.
