i was under my car today to see why i had a rattling going on. i found it to be a hanger piece that goes before the catalytic converter. but anyway, i saw a black ground wire coming off of the cat. what is the reason for this?. and since im gonna be putting on a new hanger and rubbers do i have to be aware of electricity? later tony 94 xe
