The oil pan itself is easy to replace, not a hard task at all.  Since you have never 
replaced it before you might need a screw driver to wedge it out once you remove the 
screws that hold it up.  There might be some brackets that hold the engine up in the 
way but very easy to disconnect and just move out of the way.

As far as the price just check you Nissan dealer or a junk yard.  I would say go to a 
junk yard it is WAY cheaper than a dealer and that part is ok to get from a junk yard. 
 Just clean it out GOOD.   There is no gasket kit but you use the stuff in the tubes 
that is high temperature approved.  I forgot the name of it now, but I know there is 
the grey or red type.
