SML: Stock Fog Light help

Does anyone know how to take off the fog light on the 98+ 200sx and Sentra.
There is one screw. I took it out and a very small thin black plastic piece
came out but the light housing is still stuck on to the car. Does anyone
have experience with taking out their fogs? I'm trying to change the bulbs.
