Ahh, but isn't it fun when you run into something that's not metric, or vice versa? That is my *favorite* thing while working on cars. >but like Chris said, "DON'T PULL TOO HARD - there is an >electrical connection at the back..." ...which easily disconnects by squeezing and pulling (it's brown IIRC). >There are two connections (maybe one....it's been awhile) that will have >to be unplugged to get the bulb out. I think the aftermarket H3 (that's the ones, right?) are notched a little smaller than the stock ones. Try to either make those notches bigger, or just stick it in. I just put mine in, they weren't exactly a perfect fit, but they never gave me problems (actually, one of them just burnt out this past week after being used daily close to a year). >4 times in 3 months. I've relaced my headlight harnesses too, so if anyone needs the part number, let me know (9007 bulbs for a 98 200SX - NOT 9004). >Chris must be using power tools....wussy...lol Actually, when I took them off last time, I had to, because two of the bolts broke from being so rusty. My suggestion would be to WD40 them each time you change the bulbs - they take most of the road dirt and rocks and salt, I'm assuming that's why they broke - anyone have extras?
