Sounds almost like this Neon i see at school. it's white, has 15' chrome
wheels WITH WHITE WALLS, has red vinylcheckerboard pattern across front and
rear windshield(looks very cheaply done), red vinyl between the windows and a
HUGE "NEON" sticker across the hood. As if to remind us it's not a new
corvette or something=}
