SML: clutch

y can't i chirp in 2nd? it kinda embarrassing when a civic or integra wants 
to race and i cant even chirp goin into 2nd. i have a '98 200 sx (stick 
obviously) intake exhuast headers stock clutch. but i shuld be pushing enuff 
horses right? can n e one help me?
