SML: Re:wheel chirp in 2nd.

I have a 94 xe with heavy ass 16's(chrome),and i can only get em every now 
and then.Exhaust helped and intake made a huge difference,if you keep your 
donuts or factory rims on you should be able to get it pretty easily.
