SML: engine swap

How much work would it take to:
a. get my hands on a  2.0 SER or new sentra engine (i have the 1.6L on my
200sx se)
b. how much work would it take?
c. how much would it cost? (the engine and the work)
d. would i have to change my headers and stuff?
e. who would i contact to get one?
