I don't know if you guys have been keeping up w/ the japanese Nissans, but the new small-size Ute X-trail from nissan offers the FIRST and only (so far!) variable valve timing turbocharged motor. Coming out next year, it puts down 276 HP (jap. regulation) and 244 (i think!) lbs. ft. of torque. its an option on the X-Trail. The stock motor in the car is the QR20DE (which is rumored to be in the NEXT SE-R coming next year) that puts down 170-190 HP. If thats the case, I'm putting my name on the SE-R waiting list as soon as shit hits the fan.
