I just looked at the blueprint for how Mike did the upper long travel B14
mount for the stock type spring and to answer all of your questions, it
gives more travel without lowering the car any more. So if you have
Pro-kits you can have about the stock amount of wheel travel!
Like I said before, these should be manditory for anyone that has a B14 with
either stock shape springs or GC coilovers. I cannot belive the difference
they made.
