Pacesetter is a decent product for the money. They just have a bad rap. Their 
header is a complete rip-off of the Hotshot design, except for the coating. 
The Pacesetter header is good for 5-7hp on your average GA16 and SR20. The 
Hotshot of course is much higher, in the 8-12hp range on the SR20, dynoed by 
Mike Kojima (who else)
