Nothing wrong with j-bodies man. My last car was an '89 Z24 convertable. 2.8L 
V6, ported/polished heads, 3 angle vavle job on oversized valves, custom 
ground cam, blueprinted and balenced bottom end, micro-finnised crank, 
hypertech stage 2 chip, 160 degree thermo, custom ram-air hood with K&N 
filter, apexi dunk muffler, etc etc etc.
