I use NGK Platinum's in my 97 Sentra GLE and I change mine right around every
30,000 miles when I do a tune up, plugs, wires,dist.cap,rotor and anything
else at the time that looks like or it is time to replace. In my other
Sentras that I've owned that did not have the Platinum plugs in them I would
change them out every 10,000 miles, plugs are cheap and easy to change out.
