If i could have went longer i think i may be averaging 34mpg which >would be good right?. later tony Tank capacity: I think the capacity is more like 13.2 or 13.6. I have put more than 12gal in the tank before. Fuel gauge: If you have an early B13 (like a '91-'93) you likely have the inaccurate fuel indicator problem. It will fall rapidly from full - slow around 1/2 and go way past the E line without being empty: http://www.se-r.net/car_info/problems/fuel_guage.html SE/SE-R/GXE: You should look for the eerie low fuel light (if you've seen it you know what I mean). it will be solid on with 1 or 2 gallons left. (YMMV) Also: if you have that year you probably have a bad fuel pump: http://www.se-r.net/car_info/problems/index.html#Fuel%20pump%20failure MPG: 300mi/10.5gal (I assume these are approximate) = 28.6mpg (ish) Running on E: Most people will tell you this is bad to do. They are likely right, but the reason they give doesn't hold up. They say you will pump the "bad stuff" from the bottom of the tank - well the pump intake is on the bottom of the tank and has a particle filter (so the pump isn't fouled). Plus there is a fuel filter to grab smaller particles. -Stede Bonnett SE2K
