yesterday when i was coming home from school my car began to sound like a
harley davidson. i went to meineke, they know me by now, guy said "sounds
like you broke something this time", anyway there is a U shaped bracket right
b4 the catalytic converter that corroded away causing a leak in the pipe
which in turn loosened up the headder down pipe bolts and made me blow that
gasket too. This is why i was getting that gas smell which made me think it
was the new fuel pump. i ordered the bracket from nissan, and called
pacesetter and asked why they make shitty paper gaskets. "sometimes the metal
ones still give hairline leaks, weve gotten tons of samples from all
companies. "it also turns out that the redesigned the gasket to include a
wire mesh and not just paper. my luck i get the shitty one. now i gotta drive
my moms grand am se. not to shabby by the way.
