SML: UR pully install

Hey guys.  I have the automatic, How did you tighten the pully.  I tryed to 
hold the engine in gear and apply the brake, but the motor keeps turning.  Is 
there another way to tighen the pully, or is there a special thing to do on 
autos?  
            Any help is appreciated.
