Well after one new email from Victor this last week with MORE excuses about
why they haven't been sent (because a bulb doesn't work and his friends
"test car" is at the police station getting dusted for fingerprints) Hmm I
wonder why.... I've sent 3 emails to him stating to send them as-is, and I
can fix the damn bulb, no reply back to any of them. I'm SICK of waiting a
month+ between email replies.
I have filed a police report with My town and Cerritos county against this
man, payment ($160.00) was sent on 5/31/00 the check was cashed and I have
it sitting here. I'm seriously pissed now. According to our sheriff it's
considered theft now, and I hope it will be taken care of.
I learned the hard way, DO NOT buy from this guy, if by some event Victor
does pull through, I take it all back. ;)
