Mike I found this out the hard way with the MSD. Even the OEM cap burned and
the rotor scorched bad, I lost power and the motor missed. I used NGK wires
and plugs, but the cap couldn't handle it. And that annoying ticking in the
speakers, that killed me, I could not stand it! I now use the stock coil and
magnecores and ngk plugs, no fooling anymore, thank god I could take the
stuff back and get money back!
MSD is good, but I won't use one again unless the turbo is turned
up and you need to use the BTM for timing retard.
