For painting the dash should I use primer or not? I am
going to use primer on plastic pieces but what about
the vinyl on the dash? Some people say to use it and
some dont use it and have success so I dont know. I
just want it to come out right the first time and not
have to redo it later. I want it to last a long time
without it chipping or being easy to scratch.
What about a clear coat should I use that on the dash?
What kind of clear coat?
