SML: energy suspension 2 mount torque kit

i just bought one because my front mount is history. i usually burn the old 
bushings out with a propane torch but the case thats holding the two mount 
pieces is rubber. how do you get these out in order to put new inserts in ? i 
know mike did this in his article.please help its getting cold up here in nh 
and my weekends outside are numbered.
