No problem, I had to ask them the question myself.

How badly does the ECU reprogramming hurt milage?"
I noticed a small difference in mileage because when you get a new mod your
driving habits change! Meaning you push your car harder, the ECU is
electronically advancing the timing, oso you will want it set to stock when
you install it! When I am not pushing my car hard, I find that I still get
about 25-30 mpg. The thing that has impacted mileage most is the 17"
wheels! Hope this helps.
