yeah the adv18's are stock front rotors on 91-99 senta/200sx 2.0 models the 
calipers/rotors are bigger. Im pretty certain that the hub size is the same . 
I have heard individuals using the brake upgrade with minimal modification 
although i have NO experience with this particular application.
