the front lower mount was a pain.i usually burn the rubber out with a torch 
but the case was like graphite. so i took an exacto knife and cut the rubber 
away small pieces at a time. then i lubed the new ones with silicone oil and 
pressed them in with a vice.i later spayed the case with alcohol 99% to get 
the oil off. the other mount was straight forward just match up the shapes 
for the inserts and slap it back together.
they work great and really do improve throttle response.
