None at all.

You won't get stuck. The hardest part is actually releasing the freon (go to 
a shop that does AC stuff). Once that's done, the whole process might take 
you half an hour. Before you can remove the heat exchanger (looks like a 
small radiator) you will have to remove the radiator fans and pull the 
radiator back towards the block a few inches to make room.
Other than that, the whole process is extremely easy.
