SML: performance ecu for b13's?

i know jet makes one but heard its not great. i know jwt makes them for b14's.
does  any one have a custom one from jwt? if so how much did it cost? is it 
just a eprom upgrade or a unit? what type of power gains with just bolt ons 
can one expect?
