Ok, So I go to start the car last night to move it into the carport, it starts but then rpms drop way down for a few seconds and almost dies, but then would pick back up and run normal. Same thing today. Except I was just driving and the engine light came on. Crap. So I get the freaking thing apart and run the diagnostic. It throws a 3 long 2 short. EGR code right? Haynes says "EGR valve not operating" What is this? Where is it? Is it just dirty? Can I fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.
