Hey,
Well I went to it today. It wasn't real bad to get off, just breaking the
EGR tube was a bit tough, I took the Intake & accessories and the TB off and
it wasn't too hard to reach.
Cleaned it up real well and it seems to have cured the problem woohoo! :)

Glenn, if the EGR valve is where I remember it being shown to be, have
fun......
It's on the backside of the motor.....under a bunch of stuff that has to
be taken off the motor to get to. IIRC, it's something you can do (if
you're mechanically inclined to do so), but your it's a big enough
