Actually, not in my experience.  That SE-R is a 93 with 71K miles.  That is 
very good.  And for about the price of my SE-R.  Granted, mine was a real 
cherry SE-R, but 71K miles is very low mileage.  The guy would have no 
problem getting 4500 for that car.
