I am doing this right now, but I am using a 1995 TB, because the TPS does not
have to be flipped and the arm not reversed. The 1991 needs alot of things
done to it. First you need to switch the linkage over from your GA to the SR
TB, that is not easy because I still can't find a way to enlarge the shaft
the cable holders are attached to. Second, the TPS is not set up as the GA
is. You need to remove the arm off the TPS acuator. Reverse this and use
the GA TPS in reversed position. Sound hard, it is for the 91 SR20 motor. I
had one of these and I sold it. The 1995 200sx TB works well for the manuals
and nothing has to be done with it, the linkage is fine for the manual and
the TPS just needs to be readjusted. You need to port the intake manifold
and be careful about the opening grinding because there is a fitting that may
interfere with the grinding of the metal around the opening.
