Hey all,
I've been having check engine lights the past week flashing 3 long 2 short
(EGR Valve) So I cleaned the valve, put it on, reset the code and it worked
perfectly, and I thought I had it fixed. Until yesterday when the light came
on again. This time I found there was a broken vacuum hose. So I trotted to
my second home (AutoZone) and bought more tubing, replaced the tube reset
the code and it worked.

But, while revving the engine I felt the EGR Valve, nothing.. doesn't move
at all, completely dead. So I removed the vacuum hose, nothing.. no vacuum.

I took the EGR Valve out and tested it by depressing the thing and holding
my finger over the vacuum hole, it stays open great and doesn't leak.

Now, I have the whole drivers side of the car torn apart, Intake is out, MAF
is out, EGR Valve is out, TB is off, BPT valve is out, and the EGR solenoid
is out, Heck I may just take off the valve cover for kicks ;-) j/k

I've got a feeling it's the solenoid for some reason, but I need some expert
help on this one, because I sure can't figure it out, how can I test it?

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
William Glenn
