Buy or rent a compression tester. I'd rent one since this isn't something you will use much at all. Warm up the motor. Release fuel pressure by pulling the fuel pump fuse and cranking till it dies. Remove the spark plugs. Install the tester and crank the engine for about 10 seconds per cylinder with the throttle wide open. Record each reading and compare with specs.
