Ok..At this this point I think I will just leave my motor in it's current
state(header, exhaust, intake) and maybe just go into autocrossing. This will be my
first year and I was told by a couple guys who are into it in the northwest that I
would be in the street prepared class where I must retain the motor that came with the
car and can have unlimited mods done, but I may have misunderstood. I t also seemed
like I couldn't run a cage or gutted interior but still would like to clarify
that...The last thing he mentioned was there will be 2 SP classes this year, one with
r-compound tires and one without. I plan on running some 13x6 wheels I had on my
Rabbit with either a 175/50/13 or if I can squeeze somthing wider on I will like a
215/50/13...anyways I wanted nos for a faster car. My car is slow but I love the
handling. I don't want to destroy my motor all that bad either since My mom picked
out this car for my college car and is the one paying for it...So if anyone has some
rec!
omendations on tires and rules please let me know..
thanx,
Greyson
