All good points... But let's not forget that it also depends on what class to
compete in.  There are classes that require street tires, and don't allow race
tires (i.e. all rookie classes, and PAX Street Tire class.)

Again, good point... But again, it's also class-dependent.

I am not sure if the class changes will no doubt take effect next season, but

and D-Stock, respectively.  The 200SX SE-R/Sentra SE 2.0L moves over to H-Stock
from E-Stock; boy is the 200SX and Sentra going to dominate that class!  All
GA16-powered cars are in H-Stock as well.
