Gee... I appreciate the polite response.  Anyhoo, out of curiosity, I decided
to look at this page you were referring to.  I'm going out on a limb here by
saying that you thought the Primera was a Maxima because they were similarly
designed.  Typically most cars from the same manufacturer, same designer, would
look similar in certain aspects.  If you were to go back to that page again and
look at the Maxima QX, there you will find the A33 Maxima that is equivalent to
our U.S. Nissan Maxima and Infiniti I30.  From the looks of things, the Primera
went through a model cycle change.  Looks like it's the new P12 chassis (a wild
guess), and it is about the right time since the P11 chassis had been around
since 1997, but didn't show up on U.S. shores until 1999.
