If the offset of those wheels are the same as the stock B13 SE-R wheels, then
they more than likely not fit over the NX2k brakes.  It's not a matter of the
overall diameter of the rotor and the caliper; it's the width of the caliper.
Some people I know of that used stock B13 SE-R wheels over the NX2k brakes, had
to file down the front of the caliper a few millimeters.  If you can afford
another set of wheels, your best bet would be the stock NX2k 14" wheels, or the
'95+ 200SX SE-R wheels (but that's only if the wheels you have right now won't
fit.)  As for the SE-R front brakes (non-NX2k) they should be the same as the
lower trim models.  So, in a way, you already have the SE-R front brakes; you
just have rear drums instead of rear discs, but you already knew that! ;)
