It varies state to state and most of the time, the Skylines that are
imported here have had their engines modified to fit the US regulations for
smog, etc... My friend just got a Skyline R32 (with HKS everything!!!!!!)
from the company Motorex but he had to register it in a different state to
be legal. It was funny the first time he got pulled over by the cops (for
window tint) and they went to the left side of the car and then realized
nobody was there... LMAO
