Do you have a big fat spoiler on the back. I have noticed around 90 my car
with the stock spoiler starts to lift the front a little and the steering
isn't as good. It feels loose like you described. If you have a bigger
spoiler, maybe you feel it earlier. A more realistic theory is that the
faster you are moving, the easier it is to steer. Have you ever been
driving in a parking lot at like 2mph, and made a left and right turns
quickly? It is hard to do sometimes. Well try the same thing going fast
and you will have no problems.

When I get above 60 the steering wheel gets loose. It feels like something
needs tightening. Does anybody know what the problem is? thanx.
