I recently traded in my 1995 200SX SE for a 2001
Sentra SE with a performance package. Both vehicles
are manual 5 spd transmission. The 200SX however made
less engine noise (with 88,000 miles on it) both
inside and outside of the vehicle as opposed to the
2001 Sentra SE - is this because the Sentra has a
larger, more powerful engine? It does not sound
rough, just louder. Also, I bought the Sentra at a
dealership in Concord but the car was located at and
driven from a dealership in Sacramento - a difference
of >100 miles. Last item - is there some kind of
specific check list that the Nissan dealership should
do before handing over the vehicle?

Any help would be appreciated.
