Yeah, Ballard is a local company in my area. Ford, Daimler Chrysler Nissan has invested in their technology. I'm not too sure how far along they are with their technology but they hired like 150 people from my school for manufacturing the fuel cells so they must be darn close. I think most companies have prototypes of fuel cell cars out but its still cost prohibitive. I remember a commercial they aired by Ford and Ballard here of a guy taking a bath in the back of his F-150 and how they were saying if you drove across Canada you would make enough water to take a hot bath.
