It isn't Ron that is being stupid...
As has been explained hundreds of times the easiest way to unsubscribe is
simply to go to http://www.sentra.net/sml/ and unsubscribe from there. Or
if you really want to unsubscribe by email YOU MUST SEND A MESSAGE TO
[EMAIL PROTECTED] WITH *ONLY* THE WORD unsubscribe IN THE SUBJECT. If
there is anything else in the subject it WILL NOT WORK. For literally 99%+
of list members this is never a problem, but for a few it sometimes takes
them weeks of ignoring the directions to figure this out.
