Actually people including me think that clear lights accentuates your cars' look. Most
japanese cars here have clear turn and tail lamps. those instead of having orange or
yellow turn lamps and red stop lamps have clear or transparent tail lamps. yeah they
both emit light but then again some people like me thinks that it makes a car look
better. back here in the philippines the clear tail lamps have been a trend for cars
who don't have the Crystal type lamps accentuates the look of their cars by replacing
them with clear ones. but it is banned i think because of the problems that it causes
on the road. an accident here in the philippines actually happened because of the
clear tailamps. one driver was driving at a cliff and a car braked and thinking that
the light he is seeing are headlamps he panic braked and causing him to almost fall
over the cliff. some responsible car owners though came up with the solution. some
clear taillapms have clear lenses but they emit red lights f!
or braking and white light for turn and reverse lamps. well for a sentra there is no
much clear tail lamps available. there in the US, the US version sentra has a
combination of cool taillamps(sentra b14). when i visited the nissan-usa.com, i saw a
b14 sentra with red stop lamps, clear or grey? turn lights and reverse lamps as well.
it is really cool. so an advise to the one who is looking for the clear tail lamps
better come up with a safer tail lamps because as i have said it causes some problems
on the road.
