All you need to do is read the instructions on any Sentra Mailing that is a
numbered one. The other list members can not unsubscribe you. The
instructions are SUPER SIMPLE . If you can not unsubscribe yourself all by
yourself then maybe you should think about hanging up your car keys for
awhile.
