If you don't want to know about "physics or air flowing better bla bla
bla bla", then don't ask a question like "What good does to port and polish
the head?". God forbid you should try to learn something.
Yes, a port and polish *should* make power if done properly. On the other
hand, if the person doing the work doesn't know anything about "physics or
air flowing better bla bla bla bla", then you will end up buying a new head,
because the old one will make less power than a stock unit.
