Actually, CUSCO makes a rear STB for the B13. I don't know about the
placement of it, but they do make it. Also, You don't have to cut the
seats. In fact, there's a way you don't have to cut anything. If you take
out your back seat, you will notice a groove in the frame that seems to fit
perfect for a rear STB. A few SE-R listmembers have custom made theirs and
fit the rear STB in that groove.
