I am certainly inviting flames by answering this, but I have tried that
thing on my CARBURETTED N13 Pulsar and it's giving me good increase in
mileage.
Before anyone jump on me I must say, yes I've tried it driving the car with
and without it, several times actually... the result is the same every time.
I'm getting 38-42 mpg highway with the spiral on, about 35 or lower without.
And my test method is with the fillup method, I divide the total mile with
the amount of gallon shown at the "thud" sound... so I believe it is pretty
accurate.
So, I don't know, it worked on my CARBURETTED car using GA16DS (one piston
having bad ring), timing at 15degree with 97RON, hot climate, no mods except
for the exhaust. I'm not generalizing anything, it might or might not work
on your car, esp. that you have fuel injection. I just know it worked on
mine.
