Stock is 50/65 or something dim like that.
If you have H4 or 900x there are direct replacement
bulbs that are for motorcycles that you can get at any
auto parts store. If you have a b13+ there's nothing to
worry about. I used them in my car for years and always
drive with the lights on so people can see me.
